1. Definitions

"Website" means aifinancecircuit.life and associated subpages. "Services" means vocational training in AI-assisted personal and business finance management, including live cohort, self-paced, weekend intensive, corporate workshop, one-to-one review and alumni Q&A formats. "Participant" or "you" means any individual or authorised representative accessing the Website or enrolled in Services. "Materials" means curriculum content, templates, prompt libraries, recordings and handouts provided during Services.

2. Nature of services — education only

AI Finance Circuit is a vocational training provider. Our Services teach practical skills for managing personal and business finances using AI tools — including budgeting workflows, cash-flow tracking, expense organisation, forecasting and financial reporting with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and AI features in spreadsheets.

We are not a licensed financial adviser under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) and are not regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, accounting advice, legal advice, insurance recommendations or portfolio management. We do not manage, hold or transmit client funds. Completion certificates confirm training participation only — they do not confer professional licensure, university accreditation or regulatory approval.

Branding clarification: Our domain aifinancecircuit.life reflects everyday money-management education for real households and businesses. It is not life coaching, wellness counselling, lifestyle transformation or personal development coaching. The name Finance Circuit refers to structured educational pathways through our curriculum modules — not securities trading, investment circuits, cryptocurrency trading platforms or automated trading systems.

We do not guarantee any savings, returns, profit, cost reduction, revenue increase or other financial outcome. AI tool outputs may contain errors; all financial decisions require independent human judgment and, where appropriate, consultation with licensed professionals.

3. Website use

You may use the Website for lawful purposes related to learning about and enrolling in our Services. You agree not to:

• Misrepresent AI Finance Circuit as a licensed financial adviser, MAS-regulated entity or investment manager;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer or automate access in ways that burden our infrastructure;
• Introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with Website security;
• Reproduce Materials without written permission except for personal study during active enrolment;
• Submit false information through contact forms or enrolment processes.

We reserve the right to suspend access for conduct violating these Terms or applicable Singapore law.

4. Enrolment and fees

Enrolment is confirmed upon acceptance of a written enrolment agreement or invoice and receipt of applicable fees in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Indicative fees published on the Website are subject to change; confirmed pricing appears in your enrolment documentation. Payment terms, refund policies and cancellation windows are specified in the enrolment agreement and take precedence over general Website information where they differ.

Corporate workshop and custom engagements require separate scope documents. Failure to pay by agreed dates may result in suspension of access to Materials and studio sessions without refund of amounts already due for services rendered.

5. Intellectual property

All Website content, Materials, branding, curriculum structure and facilitator presentations are owned by AI Finance Circuit Pte. Ltd. or licensed to us. Enrolled participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Materials for personal or internal business learning during and after their programme — not for commercial resale, public redistribution or competing course delivery. AI prompts and templates provided may be adapted for your own finance-management workflows; wholesale reproduction of our curriculum for third-party training is prohibited without written consent.

6. Participant responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

• Providing accurate enrolment information and updating contact details;
• Following studio rules, PDPA guidance and instructions regarding data handling in AI exercises;
• Verifying all AI-generated financial figures before relying on them in real decisions;
• Maintaining their own subscriptions to third-party AI tools where required;
• Seeking licensed professional advice for tax, investment, audit and compliance matters beyond vocational training scope.

Participants must not use sessions to solicit investment products, promote unlicensed financial schemes or share other participants' personal data without consent.

7. Third-party tools and links

Our curriculum references ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, spreadsheet applications and other third-party services. Your use of those tools is governed by the respective providers' terms and privacy policies. The Website may link to external resources; we do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability or data practices. Linking does not imply endorsement of financial products or services offered elsewhere.

8. Privacy and PDPA

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Contact form submissions require explicit PDPA consent. Cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge our data practices as described in those documents.

9. Disclaimers

The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law. We disclaim warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free Materials or fitness for any particular financial outcome. Course examples use anonymised or illustrative data; they are not recommendations tailored to your personal financial situation.

Nothing on the Website or in session discussions constitutes an offer to buy or sell financial products, an invitation to invest, or personalised financial planning. 10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, AI Finance Circuit Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees and facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, financial losses arising from reliance on AI outputs, or business interruption — arising from use of the Website or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Website or Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AI Finance Circuit for the specific programme giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Finance Circuit Pte. Ltd. from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of Materials, unauthorised sharing of other participants' data, or reliance on AI outputs contrary to course guidance — except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions, you agree that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Website or Services. Before initiating proceedings, parties should attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected].

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal requirements, new service formats or Website functionality. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated where practicable. Continued Website use after posting constitutes acceptance of revised Terms for browsing purposes; active enrolments remain governed by the Terms in effect at enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
