About
A finance academy built for the AI era
AI Finance Circuit Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-registered vocational training provider specialising in AI-assisted personal and business finance management. Founded in 2024, we help professionals, freelancers and SME operators develop practical skills — budgeting workflows, cash-flow tracking, expense organisation, forecasting and financial reporting — using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and AI features in spreadsheets.
Organisation background
AI Finance Circuit emerged from a straightforward observation: generative AI tools had become everyday productivity assistants, yet most finance literacy programmes still treated spreadsheets and manual processes as the ceiling. Our founders — practitioners with backgrounds in corporate training, SME operations and financial administration — designed a curriculum that bridges AI productivity techniques with responsible money-management habits.
We incorporated as AI Finance Circuit Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202418734K) and opened our primary studio at Guoco Tower on Wallich Street, within walking distance of Tanjong Pagar and the Anson Road business corridor. Our legal entity is listed with ACRA; we operate as an education provider, not a licensed financial adviser and not a fund manager regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
The academy name reflects structured learning pathways — a circuit of modules progressing from foundations through capstone integration. Our .life domain signals everyday finance-management skills for real households and businesses; it is branding only and does not denote life coaching, wellness programmes or lifestyle transformation services.
Tanjong Pagar & Anson context
Our location places learners among the professionals we serve. Tanjong Pagar and the Anson Road precinct host legal practices, design studios, fintech back-office teams, trading-adjacent operations staff and growing SMEs — many handling their own bookkeeping, expense claims and internal reporting without dedicated finance departments. Evening and weekend sessions accommodate commuters arriving via Tanjong Pagar, Outram Park and Shenton Way MRT stations.
Studio sessions emphasise hands-on practice: participants work with their own anonymised data structures, learn PDPA-compliant record-keeping conventions suitable for Singapore contexts, and build AI workflows denominated in SGD. We do not promise that proximity to the CBD improves financial outcomes; the location simply makes vocational training accessible to working professionals who manage money as part of their daily responsibilities.
How we teach — without claiming expertise we do not hold
Our facilitators are experienced trainers in AI productivity and financial administration workflows. They guide participants through prompt engineering, AI accuracy checks, spreadsheet integration and documentation standards. They do not hold themselves out as certified financial planners, chartered accountants, tax advisers or investment professionals unless individually credentialed for unrelated practice — and even then, academy sessions remain strictly vocational, not client advisory engagements.
We do not publish fabricated expert profiles, inflated credential lists or stock-photo stand-ins presented as named faculty. Course materials cite tool documentation, PDPA guidance from the Personal Data Protection Commission, and general financial literacy frameworks — always with clear boundaries about what AI can assist and what requires licensed human judgment.
Completion certificates confirm participation in our Singapore finance academy track. They are not professional licences, university degrees or guarantees of employment, savings or investment performance. Graduates leave with repeatable AI processes and a capstone finance-management system they maintain independently.
